What is CranioSomatics?

CranioSomatic is a holistic approach to treating common chronic and painful condition involving muscles and joints, with long lasting effects.  Cranio refers to the head and somatic refers to the muscles in the body. CranioSomatic Therapy focuses on unwinding and rebalancing the body by releasing obstruction in the cranium with gentle range of motion of the bones within the skull region.  This therapy rebalances the spine and pelvis, helping to boost the immune system and provide complete body rehabilitation.

CranioSomatic therapy focuses on improving movement in fascia, muscles and tendons, treating the entire body, from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.  It is outcome-oriented, results that are seen and felt immediately following treatment.  The primary objective is to lessen the pain and limitation in muscles and joints movement.

CranioSomatic uses several techniques before and after treatment to evaluate effectiveness, such as applied kinesiology (manual muscle testing, therapy localization and challenge).  Your increased range of motion, improved performance and reduction in pain are immediate and long lasting.  It does not matter if you are an athlete or someone simply going about your daily activities, you will experience relief.
